We want you to love your AveLunar experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make it right.
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@avelunarshop.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and be in touch to approve your return and provide a return shipping address.
- Pack your items securely and send them back to the address provided.
- Once we receive your return, we'll initiate your refund — you can expect it within one business week.
Additional Information:
- A return shipping fee of $10 applies.
- A return restocking fee of $10 applies.
