Thank you for shopping with AveLunar. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

If you place an order during a high-volume period such as a sale or holiday, please allow a little extra processing time. We appreciate your patience.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.


3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders over a minimum purchase amount. The applicable threshold will be displayed at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. AveLunar is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at contact@avelunarshop.com. We will do our best to make changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee corrections once an order has been processed.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

AveLunar is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or other members of your household.
  • Checking around your property for any safe drop locations.
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a claim.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@avelunarshop.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.


9. International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned for updates!
